Elastomer springs in two different firmness grades offer optimum support for each part of the resting body. SHOULDER AREA: This area of the mattress is softer. While lying on your side, the shoulder sinks deeper, allowing you to breathe freely. WAIST AREA: Here the mattress is firmer to support your waist and keep your spine aligned. PELVIS AREA: Again, softer springs are used to accommodate your body’s center of gravity.

However, the drawbacks of metal springs are also well-known: Within a few years metal springs start losing their supportive qualities. At the same time, the mattress is 100 percent recyclable - and easily so: Lightweight and uncomplicated to handle, the removable cover can simply be slipped off and its fibers recycled or reused, while the highly resilient bio foam and our patented elastomer inner springs are effortlessly separated and re-purposed; the former being turned into carpet underlay, insulation or exercise mats, the latter ground up and used once again. Our foam is a top-of-the-line product. And that’s guilt-free luxury that is actually good for you: We produce this foam using an environmentally safe cold foam method, a unique manufacturing process that employs water vapors instead of chemical injection gases. Plus, we incorporate the renewable resource soy in our foam to keep the product as earth-friendly as possible. This means OmniFlex mattresses are non-toxic and, naturally, do not off-gas; they are also anti-microbial, hypoallergenic, permanently dust-free and fully recyclable for a long, useful afterlife. And obviously none of the benefits come at the expense of quality: During the production process, this high-density and highly resilient foam is pre-compressed, a procedure that ensures durability and consistent comfort for years to come.
