Since we started making our own custom designed furniture in 1977, we knew that we created the World's most amazing furniture. This year we decided to enter our products in two different woodworking and design competitions to see what the experts thought. The results were encouraging, we won first place in every category entered and we won "Overall Winner" for our Sunset Bed in one of the contests. We would like to thank all of our employees and our customers both locally and all around the world who have supported our custom made furniture for over 33 years.

Parnian Wins First Place in Two Design Categories - October 2010

Parnian Furniture was just announced as the winner of the The Veneer Tech Craftsman's Challenge™. Parnian entered this prestigious competition for the first time this year in two categories and took home first place in both of them. The categories Parnian won were: Furniture, in which Parnian entered their “Sunset Bed”, and Store Fixtures in which Parnian entered their custom sales desk on display at their Scottsdale Showroom.

“We know that we make the World’s finest furniture, but it is always nice to be acknowledged for the design and attention to detail we have been putting in our products for over 33 years” said Ali Parnian, Vice President of Parnian and son of Designer Abdolhay Parnian.

The Veneer Tech Craftsman's Challenge™ competition aims to recognize excellence in woodwork and architectural woodwork that feature natural veneer and wood product applications. This competition is not about who used the most veneer or who had the biggest project. Our judges will aim to reward those who use veneer products in the best way while achieving the project's stated goals.
